so i went to the parts store to find out what the price is for my synaptics touchpad spare part,i think it was 100 bucks and in stock 6 months ago,heres the link :
does this mean its out of stock or its no longer sold?

HP sells parts by the millions - parts are available for only a certain time (HP does not tell us how that a given part will be available).
If a product is REALLY new, it might take some time for the part to become available (assuming HP decides to sell that part directly from their how Parts Store).
Clicking your link does not provide the same results you see on your web browser.
From what I can find, the following is relevant:

-N/A- | 781769-001 | TOUCHPAD BD W/BKT/CABLE AMD BEATS |
N/A indicates (that) HP does not sell the part.
Using the part number as an input to the Parts Store confirms the part is not available.
NOTE: Not Available is different from "out of stock".
It does appear the part is available from third party sellers. Check for the part at your favorite online retailer in your region.

- Items accompanied by a tiny box in the Add-to-Cart column are available for purchase
