my laptop have face 3 problem
1.the system is automatically shut down without any warning when the battery level is below 50%
2.while charging the power is automatically disconnected and again reconnected several time
3.when the battery level is 92% ,the charging status shows"PLUG IN BUT NOT CHARGING"
I have done HP HARDWARE DIGNOSTIC TEST and the battery status shows "PASSED" .And,i also have uninstalled battery driver in device manager but it is of no help.I also update BIOS but it can't solved it so I came back to default BIOS.
When i used my battery in the same normal HP laptop the same problem arised on the normal laptop but when i used other battery on my laptop the problem does not arise...
Do I need to replaced a new battery or is it a software problem ...PLEASE HELP!

Give us the advanced results of the hardware battery test, please. We need to see number of cycles, remaining charge for each cell, etc. The pass/fail in the battery test is not very informative. If the battery is over 2 years old it is best to just replace it. We could help you find one if we know the model of the laptop.
