Hi @AH_Aref,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

If two-finger scroll isn't showing in your touchpad settings on your HP Pavilion - 14-ce2002np, it usually means that the required Precision Touchpad drivers (or Synaptics/ELAN drivers, depending on the hardware) are either missing, outdated, or not installed properly.

Here’s how to fix it:

  1. Check if your laptop uses a Precision Touchpad:
    • Go to Settings > Devices > Touchpad.
    • If it says “Your PC has a precision touchpad”, the drivers are likely already present, and you should see two-finger scroll under Scroll & Zoom.
    • If you don’t see that message, you’re probably using a Synaptics or ELAN touchpad.

  2. Update or reinstall touchpad drivers:
    • Press Windows + X and choose Device Manager.
    • Expand Mice and other pointing devices.
    • Right-click the touchpad (it might say Synaptics, ELAN, or HID-compliant touchpad) and select Update driver.
      • Choose Search automatically.
    • If that doesn’t help, go to HP’s official website and download the latest touchpad driver for your specific model:
      • HP Pavilion 14-ce2002np drivers page

  3. Check Synaptics or ELAN settings (if applicable):
    • Open Control Panel > Mouse.
    • Look for a tab named Device Settings, Synaptics, or ELAN.
    • Click Settings or Options, and enable Two-Finger Scrolling from there.

  4. Restart your computer and test the two-finger scroll again.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
