Hi , I Bought this laptop 2 days ago , While working, I noticed that the fan speed goes up and down(fluctuating), is this normal or is there a problem? 

Even when I'm in the Omen Hub app, I see the fan speed going up and down

This is my laptop :

OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-b0000

i7 11800H

32GB RAM DDR4

RTX 3070 8GB

1TB SSD

That is very normal. Fan is controlled by heat sensor, more heat fan will run faster. Many Omen machines have 2 fans and they spin with different speed.
