As mentioned earlier the parts listed under the Maintenance and Service guide of your notebook are the ones which are tested on your PC.
I would recommend you try the ones which are listed under the Maintenance and Service guide of your notebook. However, If you wish to try other parts you can try it at your own discretion.
A good workaround is to procure a wifi USB dongle and plug it to one of the USB ports. Then connect to the router with it. It is extremely cost effective and economical.
I hope this information helps. Let me know if you need any further assistance. I'll be more than happy to help you.
Take care and have a great day!
Thank you 🙂

Thank you for posting your query on HP Community,
Answering to your question regarding, Which type of wlan card slot is used in my laptop? According to the product specifications it shows that your PC has been shipped with 802.11b/g/n (1x1) Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth® 4.2 combo Wireless card.
For more information on what type of wlan card slot is used on your laptop, It's a M.2 slot.
Is it NGFF Slot? Yes, M.2, formerly known as the Next Generation Form Factor (NGFF)
Will it support cnvi system? Yes, according to the Maintenance and service guide of your notebook. It's shows the list of parts which are compatible and tested on your PC.
For more details:
Chapter 1. Product Description - Page number - 3
Chapter 3. Illustrated Parts catalog - for the spare part number - page number 18
Please note, these are the parts which are tested on your PC, If you wish to try other parts you can try it at your own discretion, HP Doesn't recommend any upgrade/downgrade of any hardware parts or software that is bundled with the product. It may affect the manufacturer's warranty and performance.
Alternatively, You could replace the part on your own, use the HP Partsurfer to identify the part: Click here & order it via the HP Parts store (Click here).
Let me know if this helps!
Have a great day ahead! 🙂

Iam going to upgrade my wlan card to Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 9560 HP Part # L22634-001. one of you expert told me, it will support in my laptop.
It has 2 antenna, But that is not problem, because iam going to connect an additional antenna.
Iam going to purchase this product. Will it support in my PC. But not mentioned the part number. Is part number important?
i think part number different.
if the part number different , will it support?
have whitelist in newer laptops?

In this scenario, I would recommend you try the parts which are listed in the Maintenance and service guide, as these parts are the ones which are tested and compatible on your PC.
There is no harm in trying the other part however we cannot assure if it's going to work or not as it's not been tested on your PC. You can try it at your own discretion.
I hope this answers your question. Let me know if you need any further assistance.
That said take care and have a great day!
Thank you 🙂
