windows doesnt read battery capacity correctly

I have HP Paviion Notebook Serial:[Personal Information Removed]Product number: 2ZG37EA#BED

HP support Assistance, Battery Check reads regular current battery capacity , but windows reads 100% capacity,regardless the fact that notebook works 10 min on battery only. Also, software CPUID HWMonitor too can not read correct battery capacity value. 

Second problem comes when working on battery only, After an half an our of work, notebook shuts off permanently, in the same way as if the battery is removed from notebook. In a split of second, everything is dead. Notebook wont start on power ON button unless it is connected to power source. It is bothering me last two months. I cannot use my notebook only in battery mode, on the move. I am stuck to power source so it is like i have desktop.

Please, need your assistance to use my notebook as it should be.

for the serial numer I understand that it was build at the end of 2017, so it's almost 4  years old.

Probably you should change the notebook battery.
