Hello there, I recently bought an used Elitebook 850 G5 i5 7th ge. with latest windows and driver updates. Product number is [Personal Information Removed]. While sign up, it says windows hello fingerprint currently unavailable, but it has a biometric scanner on board. how to activate it? i tried so many times through different methods found online but no luck. please help.
