@DENISE1661 Welcome to HP Community! I'm afraid your device not support Win10, you may want to switch back to the factory shipped OS using the HP Recovery media: click here for details,
that said, here's what you need to know about the windows OS update for your PC:
NOTE:If you are not sure when your PC was purchased, please check the Windows 10 Fall Update table to see if HP has tested your device for this update.
HP PCs manufactured before August of 2013 might not have a complete set of hardware and/or drivers required to use all of the features in Windows 10.
-
HP is not testing or developing Windows 10 drivers for these PC products.
-
If you choose to use Windows 10 some features, applications, and connected devices might not work as expected.
-
If you still wish to proceed with using Windows 10 on an untested system, please visit the Windows support site (in English) for information and support.
-
Already running Windows 10 on an untested device? To find available drivers for these products, see Where Do I Find Windows 10 Drivers and Software for My Model?
New HP PCs designed for Windows 10 provide the highest level of functionality and allow you to take full advantage of the new OS features. Shop for a new HP PC.
