HI This is Kaliaperumal K I have been facing issue with my HP Notebook 15-da1074tx, I have been trying to update the  windows for many days but I couldn't able to update . I have been trying to contact HP support agent but I couldn't able to connect with them and if there any one how to solve my issue pls let me know . And I will attach the image of my issue

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to run the Windows update troubleshooter tool which can be found under the Troubleshooting section on the left side of your screenshot.

Thank you for your suggestion.. But I have tried already many many times but nothing has changed the same issue occurs is there any other way to solve this issue pls let me know
