I have an HP Pavilion x2 - 10-n155sa (ENERGY STAR) i upgraded it to windows 10 and it kept crashing. and after reinsalling it and the drivers its was low on storage. now it doesnt load windows- stick on the reset/ troubleshoot blue screen and it wont let me do a reset , wont et me resstre as no point to restore to. trouble shoot cmd promt wont wpit out my product key either so now i dont have my windows product key, and i dont kow what to do as at wvery point it goes back to this screen. diagnostics are showing up fine. anyone knows how i can fomat this but before that get my windows key. think its the xdrive thats is not showing it but still typing this wmic path softwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey didnt work

According to the product specs for your notebook, it came with W10 Home 64 bit from HP.

Your notebook's product key should be encrypted in the PC's BIOS and should not be required to reinstall W10.
Make a bootable USB installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below:
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
Boot from the installation media, install W10 and it should be activated after you connect to the internet.
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
