Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My wife's laptop recently stopped powering on and we noticed when you plug to the power into it the power indicator never came on so I assumed the power port needed replaced. I replaced the power port and still the same problem? I can't seem to figure it out and was wondering if anybody could help?

@goodgamer777 , welcome to the Community.

 

Have you considered that you may have a failed AC power adapter.  If it has failed it would not charge the computer and it wouldn't power on.  Just a thought!
