My laptop was advertised to have amd a6-5200 apu with Radeon R4 graphics but when i received my laptop and looked at the system properties I came to find out that it does have the amd a6-5200 apu, but doesn't have the radeon r4 graphics installed it has the radeon r3.  Is there any way I can get a board that has the r4 graphics instead of the r3 that im currently running?

The following link shows specs of your computer

   https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c04797004

It has   2.0GHz AMD Quad-Core A6-5200 APU that means the AMD Radeon R4 graphics comes (or embedded) to the CPU. Can you see which version of  AMD High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver on your machine (using Device Manager). If less than 15.201.1101.0 Rev.A please download and install

As you can see the specs of my laptop are not the same as the ones hp has listed via the link you provided
