Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello to everyone,

 

I would like to know if is it possible to upgrade RAM on HP x360 Pavilion 14-cd0019nl (i5-8250u, 8 Gb RAM pre-installed)?

If it is possible, can I upgrade to 16 Gb even if service manual says "Supports up to 12-GB of system memory"?

If so, can I buy only an extra 8 Gb module, or would it be better 2 x 8 Gb modules (replacing the 8 Gb existing module) to avoid any issues?

Yes, you can upgrade to 16GB. System may crash when overflow but very rare.
