I am trying to delete unused apps for increased storage. I don't want xbox bar on the device but it won't let me uninstall it. The uninstall button isn't highlighted and can't be pushed. If I push terminate app it won't do anything. How do I uninstall?

Simple Answer: You don't uninstall it. Xbar does not allow uninstall. Windows controls Xbox Game Bar and wants it around.
Longer Answer: App is tiny. Disable it and ignore it.
Where available (not every system lists "Xbox Game Bar"),
Find Xbox in Settings > Gaming > XBox Game Bar
To disable it, Xbox Game Bar can be switched off
I realize that is not the same as having it "gone" - but it does solve the immediate problem of having the Game Bar underfoot.
If you do not use the computer to "game", take a look around and switch off / disable whatever other "game" bits are bugging you.
