Bonjour, j'ai un problème avec mon ordinateur portable qui es neuf de 1 mois, chaque jour, peu importe ce que je fait dessus j'ai un message d'erreur sur écran noir "your device ran into a problem and needs to restart, we're just collecting some error info, and then you can restart"

Merci de m'aider a résoudre ce problème.
