HP no longer has a recovery image for your notebook.

Your only option would be to reinstall W10 by making a bootable USB W10 installation flash drive with the Media creation tool from the link below:

Download Windows 10

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page:
