I am facing 0xc0000225 error code upon booting. From the support forum I could see that I need a recovery disk to solve this issue. At the time of purchase I am not given any external recovery disk. I still have 1 year of warranty. Calling back to customer Support is not of any help as they redirect to some other number or trying to sell the recovery disk at $60 while I have support warrannty.

Hi Trinity,
your suggestion really helped me to resolve the issue. But after the recovery install I am having issue during the startup. It takes around 5 miutes to startup and the desktop to get loaded. Any hep on that?
One more issue is that I often get a blue screen with error "Your PC ran into an error and needed rstart". System suddenly gets restarted aborting all of my work. This is very irritating.
Can you please help me in resolving the above two issues.
Regards,
Ramprakash
