Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi support section !

 I have forgotten my windows 10 home 64 bit local administrator login password and pinof the Hp Stream Laptop ax14002 na. 

What should I do to recover from it? 

What measures should i take to get rid of this errors?

Can i buy windows 10 home 64 bit again and how ?

Kindly  let me clear the both sections of query.

 

Kindly guide me properly to tackle with this problem

Sorry, but there is basically no way to recover the password or the PIN --you would have to reset them.

You can't get rid of this error because it's not an error -- the system is behaving as it should if you are entering the wrong password/pin.

The version of Windows that came preinstalled on your PC was an HP OEM version -- and HP does not sell those.

However, you CAN use this link to download and create Win10 install media, and with that, you can install a new copy of Win10 on your PC:  Windows 10 download

Since your PC is already running Win10, when the screen opens for the product key, choose the option to skip that -- as when the PC then gets back online, it will contact the MS activation servers and reactivate automatically.
