Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a HP laptop that has been acting up a lot lately, it randomly crashes, the screen goes pixelated and weird whenever I put any pressure on it. I've been having problems moving my laptop because it causes it to freeze. Sometimes it won't even start at all, only temporary fix that seemed to help was unscrewing the bottom but even then it just crashes after a little while.  

 

any tips or suggestions would be highly appreciated. I'm not very technical I'm afraid so I'm not really sure where to start haha
