Thats ok @CherylG, with what I offered he didnt have to order anything and didnt have to have Admin rights to do. Its not hard to figure out.
But if he's going to get nasty with me then Im done.
NO Im not going to help anyone crack an Adminstrative Account. Good luck.

First off Photoray002 I wasn't being nasty, Inwas displaying displeasure from a lack of attentiveness that I was receiving from you. Clearly you didn't read any of my old posts because I discussed how I'm not trying to "crack into an admin account." I'm trying to wipe them so I can use this laptop. Nothing illegal was done, this laptop isn't stolen, and if you want I'll provide bill of sell and a seriel number so you can check yourself. Secondly, on to your post and suggested steps, which I followed. On that lovely step where you said I need to download the recovery tool. Guess what I need to do that? Administrative permission.

Because you're on a standard user account and if you read any of my posts, I said if you have trouble, use a different pc to download the tool with.
