hi guys,

 

1 my 15-dw2xxx gives an IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error and an error in the ntoskrnl.exe file, it tries to repair itself, but it does not work

 

2 recovery from a hidden partition also fails, the same error is issued

 

3 I tried to burn a USB flash from Windows 11 and try to restore from it, but the laptop just doesn’t see it (the drive is fully functional, I checked it on an older laptop of the same brand, there are probably some other settings, I included security in the BIOS, and off)

 

4 i tried to boot with USB flash and Ubuntu and the laptop doesn't see this key either (fully working, tested on other computers)

 

5 this laptop already had similar problems, and it seems that last time I managed to boot from a disk with windows 7, copy the necessary files in the Explorer and format the disk, only after that I was able to install a new windows 11 (now it is not working)

 

what can I do?
