Product: Envy 360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just got my envy 360 and am finding that the keyboard is not responsive for some letters. I have to hit the key 2 or 3 times for it to type. I also find the response slow to open applications.

Perform a Performance Tune-Up Check from this link.  Click on the Launch Now option.
