3F0 HARD DISC ERROR ASKING TO INSTALL OPERATING SYSTEM. DIAGNOSTIC SHOWS NO PROBLEMS

3fo hard disc error ran the diagnostics and came back all good. pleaase install operating system warning. but no driver when i go to do clean install. no recovery options at all. has the optane memory but it isnt activated for some reason. and my warranty ended a week ago! how it goes i guess. so do i need a new hard drive or wth? i been on this one for 3 days now and i give up asking for help

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest youContact HPin your region regarding the service options for your computer. 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty.
