Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I was watching Netflix around 6pm when suddenly my computer turned off and restarted with the 3F0 hard disk error- boot device not found. I have ran all of the diagnostic tests and everything passed, including my hard drive. I have reset the Bios multiple times, that hasn’t worked. I wanted to try the factory reset but the F11 function is not working. As soon as I press it, it goes back to the error screen. I can’t pull up the recovery drive through the escape key either. I’m at my wits end at this point and of course my warranty is expired so I can’t get any support. I also don’t have another computer to download a recovery disk. Any suggestions would be awesome, my daughter does virtual learning online and I have to get this computer up and running somehow.
