HP Notebook - 15-bs121nr

My laptop boots and starts just fine. It freezes just seconds after starting. I've ran the diagnostic test and all passed. I can't run a scan or anything. One time I was able to optimize after several attempts. I reinstalled windows 10, but problem still exists

Thank you for performing the steps. I am sorry that it did not work out.  If the issue occurs after the Windows re-installation. It must be a hardware issue.
