Hi @kingibrahim
Welcome to HP Support Forums. A really great platform for posting all your questions and finding solutions.
I understand that your Notebook stops working when you press hard on the 0 key and when you press the power button the Notebook restarts.
If your computer keeps shutting down or restarts incorrectly because of this issue, later it might become a No Boot issue, where either the Hard drive or Windows OS can get corrupted.
This does not seem to be a Software issue since the problem occurs when you press hard on the keyboard.
I would request you to contact our Phone Support.
Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click: HP contact options - click on Get phone number and phone number appear.
Thank you. 🙂
