hello i need help with this device unknown in my device manager "ACPI\VEN_HPQ&DEV_0004"

my Notebook is HP Pavilion G6 2090ex

Windows 10 home 64-bit

 

i googled about it and it's something about 3d Driveguard/HP Protect Smart but i don't know which version to download for my Notebook

 

also i want to update my USB and Audio drivers if possible

Sound, video and game controllers:

Hi:

 

You can't update any of the drivers, except for perhaps the audio and the USB 2 drivers.

 

USB: Install the Intel chipset installation utility and restart the PC.

 

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers 

 

IDT Audio:  Install and restart the PC.  Not sure it will work on your platform, but it is the only one you can try.

ACPI\VEN_HPQ&DEV_0004 is the 3D driveguard device, and it needs this driver...
