How can i recover windows back to before i deleted it???

Hi:

 

You can reinstall W10 on your HP Stream by making a bootable USB installation flash drive using the media creation tool from the link below.

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

Most HP streams came with W10 64 bit, so make sure you install the right version of W10, or you won't find any drivers for it.
