HP ProBook 440 G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After installing the latest update my F1-F4 actionkeys are not working anymore.

I've checked them with uefi diagnostics and it says all the keys are running fine. I've tried to disable and then enable the keys through uefi. I've tried to uninstall the keyboard driver to reinstall after startup. Also I've tried to install an older driver version of the PS/2 keyboard through device manager, which gave me the notification that the best drivers are already installed.

Did anyone experience a similar problem? Could you help me to find a solution to this?

Windows version: 1903

Keyboard driver: 10.0.18362.1

Thanks!

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to reinstall the HP Hotkey support driver...
