Activate preinstalled Office

The laptop G72-a20ER was purchased in October 2010. It was preinstalled with Windows 7 Home and MS Office.

I replaced the failed HDD and installed Windows 7 Home again, activated the key indicated on the laptop sticker.

But I can not activate Office on my laptop. On the laptop there is no sticker with a key for Office.

I contacted Microsoft, but they said that since the laptop has a preinstalled Office, I need to contact the manufacturer.

Please help me activate the Office that was previously installed with this laptop.

MS Office that came with your laptop from factory was only a 60 day trial version and not a paid full version. So if you want to use MS Office you've to pay for full version and use.

Not available in here definitely.

You can contact HP in the region and request for HP recovery discs specific for your model.

I'm not able to find then from third party sellers.
