How do I reactivate my laptop running Win 8.1 when the code is embedded in the bios?

Hi:
I have zipped up and attached a free utility below, that will show you the W8 product key in your notebook's BIOS and the version of W8 the key is good for.
You change the generic W8.1 key you entered when you installed W8.1 for the product key in your notebook's BIOS.
You needed to have made sure that you installed the right version of W8.1 that the W8 key will work on.
For example: if the W8 key is good for W8 single language, but you installed the plain W8.1 version and not W8.1 single language, you will need to go back and download W8.1 SL in order for the W8 key to activate it.

I have successfully obtained the activation code but can not enter this as I get this statement windows cannot activate at this time. try activating later. This is repeated each time I login and during laptop use. I can ignore this but would like to acivate or remove the file that pops up.
