Administration permission issue

HP Recommended

  I bought a hp ENVY 15.6-inch laptop PC 15-ep1000 (322x5AV) on 5 July 2022 and my product number is 572V1PA.

 

    After few days I had an administration permission issue and problem with accessing files.I returned it to repair to the bought place . 

 

     They said they have to replace a motherboard and they ordered it from the hp company and after two days they told us that they got it and again there is an issue in the new motherboard .Now they said that there is a problem with the battery too. 

 

    what can l do? Can l request one to one because it is condemned. 

 

     l brought it on 5th July 2022 and l returned it on 27 th july 2022
