Administrator Password For BIOS HP Laptop C2N25UA#ABA

I have a laptop that I got from a freind, that he had not used in a while because the screen was broke. I got the laptop, put a new screen in it, and tried to delete everything off of it and install Windows 10 with a USB that came from Microsoft, with the creator tool on it. Before, when I turned on the laptop, the HP logo would come up like normal. I have used this USB many times before, sucessfully, to install Windows 10. When it came to the part where you had to pick a place to put the file, I deleted everything, like I always do and halfway through the process I got a message saying that something had went wrong and to restart the computer and try it again. Now everytime that I turn on the computer, it says "Boot Device Not Found" "Please Install An Operating System  On Your Hard Drive" Did I erase the wrong stuff?  When I try to push F9 for the boot menu, it just comes up in the lower left of the screen and does nothing? When I push F10 for the BIOS it prompts me to put in an administrator passcode, what is the passcode? After three times of the wrong passcode the code "50972185" comes up and it says "System Disabled". I have tried to put this passcode in and it is the wrong one too! Can someone please help me with this situation? I do not want to have to trash the laptop. Does anyone Have any kind of help or suggestions for me? Thanks.

The first thing I'd suggest would be to run a diagnostic on the HDD - Tap away at the esc key as you start the notebook to enter the Start-up Menu.  Select the Diagnostic Menu option ( f2 ).

The main reason for suggesting this is that there seems to be some correlation between the spontaneous appearance of a bios password and a failing HDD.
