Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
Use a Password Reset Disk (if you created one)
Insert the disk and follow the prompts on the login screen.
Option 2: Reset Microsoft Account Password
If your account is linked to a Microsoft account:
Go to: Recover your account
Follow the steps to reset the password.
Reboot your laptop and sign in with the new password.
