Product: Spectre 13
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My hp Spectre 13 suddenly asked me my administrator password and I put my windows password it's not working I don't remember adding any password on the bios I hit enter 3 times it gave me this code CND6232J57
