Product: HP Stream Notebook PC 13
I haven't used my laptop in a while and have forgotten my password. There is now a black screen with a blue box asking for my administrator password which I have forgotten! I have a tried a password many times and now it says 'system disabled' with a number of 58919273 … please can you help me with what to do?!

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:
