Pavilion 15-cs2064st

I tried updating to Windows 11.  It tried for 3 days. I couldn't use the laptop at all. I shut the laptop down. Upon restarting the laptop, it now requires an Administrator password or power on password. I was told it is a bios issue. The place I bought it from did not put a password on the laptop and I didn't. I have tried all the ways suggested to reset and none of it works. How do I get access to my laptop?
