Hello @neil154154
HP removed <advanced> bios configuration, so there is no way to enabled <turbo boost>.
<turbo boost> damages the notebook, that would be like driving a car at maximum speed all the time. Thermal problems are associated with this. Due to constant overheating of the CPU, the thermal paste dries out and loses its function! Irrevocable damage or even total failure is then to be expected.
To reduce the power consumption I recommend you to disabled the following settings:
BIOS <Configuration>
> Virtualization Technology <Disabled>
> USB Charging <Disabled>
Recommendation and solution
There is no other option like I wrote before, see (5)
Good luck

What does Virtualization Technology do and also what does USB charging do.
Also, you had me install about 4 drivers, should I leave then installed or should I delete some or all/
Thanks for your help

@neil154154 wrote:What is UUID and why did you want me to blur the serial number. What kind of scam can be done with that information?
(1) UUID (computer) is same like IMEI (smartphone).
(2) serial number ( relevant for the manufacturer's service to uniquely identify the product ).
(1) and ( 2 ) Private information that should not be posted in public.

Virtualization: for example: to use VMware ( running other operation systems within windows ). You don't need that ...
The drivers should be installed. You can move the files to backup directory for reinstall, if needed.

Thanks for the help. I have another issue which I was hoping you could help with. The title of the issue that I previously posted on 5-6-22 is "Loss of Networking". If you have any suggestions I would appreciate it.
