Welp, it seems that this is where the 'help' stops, where HP tells me "I have a hardware malfunction and I have to go to a center to repair it".
If there is anyone out there who can give me a good solution, I'm begging you to do it, since I can't get a workaround over this BIOS who denies me my big Monitor or my possibility to make my presentation...

I am only asking HOW can I FORCE a Bios update without the signature files, or if I can generate any signature files for an OLDER BIOS version. The LATEST version BROKE my HDMI Port, and the older versions were fine and without ANY problems.
My Hardware is NOT faulty and I do NOT wish to see any repair centre.

UPDATE: In the diagnostics menu, instead of the HDMI port test button I see something unusual: "1394 Port" button, and I am quite shocked as I can see that such a thing does not exist. This is clearly a BIOS coding error and it is not the only one, because under ANY circumstances I cannot rollback the BIOS to any previous version

I would close the thread if nobody would even want to help me.

I totally feel your pain! Insyde BIOS is the absolute WORST BIOS I ever had to work with. I just performed an update on a laptop that I had to fix for some friends and after the flash lost all UEFI boot capability! And just like you, there's no way back, and absolutely zero help from HP! What's worse is the update I applied is already 3 years old and as many bad reports on HPs support site, the file is still downloadable?! Seriously?! Thanks for nothing HP/Insyde!
