After updating my BIOS to F.67 from HP website, Now I am not able to use my webcam, I got an error code: 0xA00F4244<NoCamerasAreAttached> and I also have not any option to rollback to previous version of BIOS, I also tried to install driver but unable to install it, because it give me an error that webcam hardware is not found, so please help me, to recover my BIOS and enjoy using my webcam

I want the check your current system configuration.

 

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

- copy/paste to following key/values pairs:

 

OS Name

Version

System SKU ( equals HP product number (p/n) )

BIOS Version/Date

 

(2) Open windows <device manager>

- look for webcam device and send screenshot

(2) Let ME BIOS be installed until it's completely done !

 

(3) Reboot and proceed with mini tool guide

I am also not able to install any camera driver, because at the time of installation no hardware has been dedected

I have installed the firmware and run it completely also try the mini tool guide but nothing happened, I also reboot my laptop
