Product: HP 14s-fq0000 Laptop PC (9VQ92AV)

HP Laptop 14S-After about 40 minutes using, the laptop starts to go so slow it cannot be operated. Even turning the computer off is difficult as it takes so long for it to close. Have run all the HP Diagnostics on a number of occassions without a result. Only cure is after you manage to close the computer you leave the computer for a reasonable time and then restart.
