HP 14 inch Laptop PC 14-f1000 (2L1B0AV)

Hi, I have an HP 14s-fq1xxx laptop.

After performing a CMOS reset using the Win + V + Power procedure, the laptop no longer boots normally. It now drops to a GRUB prompt.

I have a dual-boot setup with Windows and CachyOS.

The EFI files for both operating systems are still present, but attempting to boot either one from GRUB results in:

“Bad shim signature”

The BIOS Setup and Boot Device Options are also protected by an Administrator password that I don't have access to.

I would like HP's assistance in restoring the BIOS/Secure Boot configuration and recovering/resetting the BIOS Administrator password through the official procedure, without reinstalling or losing my existing Windows/CachyOS data.

Please advise the appropriate service procedure for this model.

Thank you.
