Probook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My notebook randomly types zxc\ty,. and Volume gets muted. Also Shift key gets activated. Certain keys like T, C Y Z etc also dont type in randomly and create xc\ty,. pattern.

The keypad was recently replaced after which the issue subsided a bit but now has come back in a big way.

Plug in an external keypad and see if it has the same issues.

If it does not (which I will bet is the case), then the internal keyboard is faulty and would also need to be replaced.
