Hello,
I have a problem with my laptop. When I go and plug it in the battery, it says it is indeed plugged in but not charging. Infact the % is still on 7.
I checked the battery state and it says "OK" and working. Yet, althought I restarted and turned off-on with and without the cable in, it still says the same thing. What could it be? Can it be easly fixed? Thank you.

7% is likely not enough charge to run the little notebook.
