Good day, I have a HP 15-af022ur laptop, radeon r5 m330 video card. After installing the drivers, it starts to freeze every 2-3 seconds for 0.5 seconds. I read on the Internet that it is necessary to update the BIOS. But there is no new BIOS, as well as any drivers, on the HP website. Where can I get it and fix this problem?

Hi:

Please see this discussion on how to get your graphics adapter to work on W10.

You have to use the latest graphics driver on the support page and manually install it from the graphics adapter for both AMD GPU's after running the driver.

I also included the latest BIOS update on the discussion below which is F.28

Good day, the problem is that the new drivers for the video card do not work properly on my laptop. From the official HP website, all technical support for my laptop has been removed. There are only informational recommendations. This problem has been described by many users on the Internet. I also cannot download an updated version of the BIOS for my laptop from the official HP website. Everything has been removed. Are you sure that the BIOS that you posted on the link is suitable for my laptop? There is a slightly different model there.

Hi:

Yes, that was the latest BIOS.

The newest one was only for the business class 255 G4 notebook.

If you read the post I linked, the person solved the graphics adapter issues by manually updating each GPU from the device manager using sp135852.
