Hi:

What is the baseboard ID of your PC's motherboard?

Run the Windows System information app.

In the search feature on the Windows taskbar:

Type: System Information

The System information app should show up.

Run the app and look for the Baseboard Product line about 1/3 of the way down on the report.

If your PC's Baseboard product ID is 8419, then you can download version F.85 from the link below:

Note that F.87 is currently the latest version and there was an F.86 as well.

Your original request was for a BIOS update for a HP Envy-27-b200-all-in-one-desktop-pc.

What you really are looking for is a BIOS update for a HP 15-n090sa notebook PC?

If so, the latest BIOS update for that model is F.20.
