BIOS Update Loop

Hi. My laptop is stuck in a loop. After I press enter at the screen that says “A System Bios recovery has occurred,”  it just goes to the HP BIOS Update screen and does the whole thing over again. Can anyone help me get out of the loop. Also, sorry if this is the wrong category to ask this. Don’t know where else I can ask

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is stuck in a BIOS update loop.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and perform a BIOS rollback and check if it helps.
