"BIOS Update Removed Audio Card Entry in Device Manager" says it all.  I wonder if there is a fix or if BIOS can be rolled back?  I just tried to install the most recent driver just in case that would fix this to no avail.

Got it fixed guys, a simple Uninstall of the Device and reboot did it.

I just remembered, I also uninstalled some bloatware, but looked up each one to see if it was important, and did not uninstall anything that appeared to have anything to do with Audio.
