Hello Wizards,
I have old laptop HP Pavillion Notebook 15-n223eo
Serial number = >Do not include the product serial number or any private information<
Bios version is F17.
Can i update bios if i dont have OS in the hard drive since I change it HDD->SSD and have not yet install OS.

If you create a BIOS recovery usb drive and use the key press combination method to boot the system, you can update the BIOS from the usb drive even though the system has no OS.
Click the link below and go to 3. 'Manually Recover the BIOS' then to 'Recover the BIOS Using a USB Recovery Drive' for how to update the BIOS with a usb drive.
