Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This happens 24/7, I spend more time trying to fix this than I do using it. Bought end of Jan. 2019, and I've had problems with slowness, completely freezes, cursor totally disappears, and crashing. I've troubleshooted more than a couple of times incl resetting it.

And I couldn't connect tonight with a "live agent." I'm thoroughly disgusted.
